I am a qualified Psychotherapist.  I can offer face-to-face, or online time limited work that is focused and goal orientated, or longer term psychotherapy, where we can explore more complex issues in-depth during sessions.

Sessions are tailored to suit the individual's needs.

At the initial assessment we can discuss what troubles you, this will take place in a safe environment.

We will clarify confidentiality and we will aim to develop a strong trusting therapeutic relationship, which is essential in the success of therapy

CBT  is considered to be one of the most effective forms of treatments available.  It is a psycho-educational intervention that aims to improve mental health, it has shown to be favourable through years of research.

CBT can help you manage your problems by changing the way you think, feel and behave.  It focuses on challenging and changing unhelpful thinking patterns
